What ingredients do you use?
Are your products tested on animals?
No. All our products have been willingly tested on friends and family.
Do you use synthetic fragrances?
No, only essential oils are used for our fragrances. If you are sensitive to essential oils or would prefer fragrance free please contact us on email@example.com.
Do you use preservatives?
As our products are butter or oil based there are no need to add preservatives.
Are the products stable in warm weather?
The majority of our products are butter or oil based therefore the consistency can change in different temperatures. In colder weather some of them may solidify or become firmer. Simply warm the jar gently or warm product between hands before use. In warmer temperatures some products can melt therefore it is important to store them as advised on the product jar. If your product does melt from incorrect storage simply set aside somewhere cooler to re set. It may not look the same once re set but it will still work. Pure Freedom Skincare is not liable for any product seeming defective due to them being stored incorrectly.
Shipping and Returns
How much is shipping?
Shipping is $5 flat rate (excluding rural delivery). We deliver products by courier post.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently no, but possibly in future we could explore the option.
How long will my order take?
As we are a small business please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. As some products may be made to order occasionally this could take longer, if so we will be in touch.
Can I return a product?
Pure Freedom Skincare hopes that you will love your order, however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within seven days of your receipt of goods, provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund.
Please contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling us on 021 240 7602 and we will organise the return for you. Please provide full details of the customer order number and the goods which are being returned.
On receipt of the returned goods we will give you a refund of the amount paid for the goods. Refunds will be made against the original form of tender. Please note that the return costs will not be reimbursed. To improve our service please let us know the reason for returning any goods.
